These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pkrb ("pkrb", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino information platform accessible at pkrb.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the Platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile device or any application — you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Access to and use of the Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you warrant and represent to pkrb that all of the following conditions are met and continue to be met for the duration of your use:

1. Age: You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the terms of the relevant third-party operator's license. Registering under a false age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any associated balance.
2. Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity under the laws of your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal disability or guardianship may not register.
3. Jurisdictional Compliance: You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility alone to determine the legality of accessing online gambling information and services in your location.
4. Single Account: You will maintain only one account on the Platform. Multiple accounts operated by the same individual constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.

The following general terms govern all access to and use of the Platform:

• The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkrb makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

• pkrb reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any User who violates these Terms, without prior notice where the violation is deemed serious.

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register an account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account security:

• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information at the point of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other details requested.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. Do not share your login details with any third party.

• pkrb shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Accounts must not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any third party. Accounts are personal to the registered individual.

The following provisions govern deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform. Users should note that pkrb is an information platform — specific deposit and withdrawal mechanics are governed by the terms of the relevant third-party operator's platform accessed via pkrb.

• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• pkrb references familiar Pakistani payment rails — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual examples only. Actual availability of these methods depends on the third-party operator's cashier and your individual account verification status. These providers do not endorse gambling services.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (including BTC and USDT) may be available on certain platforms. Cryptocurrency values are volatile; PKR-equivalent amounts are calculated at the time of transaction and are subject to network fees and exchange rate fluctuations.

• All bonuses described on pkrb are subject to the full terms and conditions published by the relevant third-party operator at the time of the offer. pkrb does not guarantee that any specific bonus offer remains available or unchanged.
• Bonus amounts, minimum qualifying deposit requirements, wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, game contribution rates, time limits and maximum bet restrictions are all set by the third-party operator and must be reviewed in full before a bonus is claimed.
• Welcome bonuses are typically available to new users only. Attempting to claim a new-user bonus on a duplicate or second account constitutes fraud and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Wagering requirements describe how many times a bonus amount must be turned over in eligible wagers before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a 30× wagering requirement on a PKR 5,000 bonus means PKR 150,000 of qualifying bets must be completed.

The following general rules apply to betting and gaming activity conducted via or described on the Platform:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed by the relevant third-party operator's system. Cancellation of confirmed bets is not permitted except where the operator's rules expressly allow for specific circumstances (e.g., event cancellation).
• pkrb covers a wide range of markets including cricket (PSL, ICC World Cup, Asia Cup, bilateral series and domestic tournaments), football, UFC and other combat sports, tennis, kabaddi, esports (PUBG Mobile, Counter-Strike, Valorant, Dota 2) and live casino games. • Identity Verification: Users must submit valid government-issued photo identification. Pakistani users will typically be required to provide their Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC). Additional documentation may be required at the operator's discretion.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, distribute, transmit or otherwise exploit any Content from the Platform for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of pkrb.
• Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you submit to pkrb regarding the Platform may be used by pkrb freely and without any obligation of compensation, acknowledgment or confidentiality.
• Third-party trademarks, brand names, payment providers (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) and sports league names (including PSL, ICC) referenced on the Platform remain the property of their respective owners. Such references do not imply any association, endorsement or affiliation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkrb excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising in connection with your use of the Platform. Specifically:

• pkrb shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages — including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of profits, loss of data or loss of business opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• pkrb does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any Content published on the Platform. Information about odds, bonuses, payment methods and platform features is subject to change without notice.
• pkrb is not a gambling operator and bears no liability for the actions, decisions or policies of any third-party operator to which the Platform may direct users. Any disputes with a third-party operator must be resolved directly with that operator.
• pkrb is not responsible for any financial loss incurred through gambling activity conducted on or accessed via the Platform. Gambling involves real financial risk and you may lose the entirety of any funds wagered.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by pkrb's own negligence, or for any matter which cannot be excluded by law.

pkrb reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy published on the Platform.
• Provision of false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Involvement in fraudulent, dishonest or criminal activity in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Failure to meet or maintain the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3.
• Operation of multiple accounts on the Platform.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers, including but not limited to multi-accounting, using automated tools or exploiting system errors.
• Any requirement imposed by applicable law, regulatory authority or financial intelligence obligation.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law shall survive termination of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pkrb's operating jurisdiction, without reference to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of pkrb's registered jurisdiction.

pkrb reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, pkrb will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. pkrb recommends bookmarking this page and checking it whenever you access the Platform after a period of absence.
