🔒 Data Protection

Privacy Policy

pkrb is committed to protecting the personal data of every user. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you hold over your own information.

Your Data, Your Rights — Clearly Stated

Six core privacy commitments pkrb upholds for every user, whether you're in Karachi, Lahore or Peshawar.

SSL & TLS Encryption

All data you submit — personal details, KYC documents, session activity — travels over encrypted HTTPS connections. Your information is never transmitted in plain text between your device and our servers.

No Data Sales — Ever

pkrb does not sell, rent or trade personal data to third-party marketing companies. Your information is used to operate your account and meet legal obligations — nothing more. This commitment is absolute.

Full User Rights Access

Access, correct, delete or port your data at any time by contacting support. pkrb responds to all verified data rights requests within 30 calendar days, in compliance with applicable data protection standards.

Data Minimisation

We collect only what is necessary. If a data point is not required for your account, transaction processing, KYC or legal compliance, we do not collect it. Unnecessary data is not stored on our systems.

Clear Retention Limits

Data is retained only for as long as legally or operationally necessary. KYC and financial records follow AML retention requirements. When retention periods expire, data is securely and permanently deleted.

Cookie Control

Non-essential cookies — including analytics and marketing trackers — require your explicit consent. You can update your cookie preferences at any time through your browser settings or the Platform's consent tool.

Data Protection in Practice

Different types of data require different protection approaches. Here's how pkrb handles the three most sensitive categories.

Identity
🪪 KYC & Identity Documents

CNIC copies and proof-of-address documents are stored in encrypted, access-controlled repositories. Access is limited to compliance staff only, and all access events are logged. Documents are retained only for the minimum AML-required period before secure deletion.

Financial
💳 Transaction Records

Deposit and withdrawal records — including references to payment methods like Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers — are retained as required by financial law. They are used exclusively for transaction processing, AML monitoring and dispute resolution. They are never shared with marketing parties.

Protection
🛡 Responsible Gambling Data

Self-exclusion requests, deposit limit history and cooling-off periods form part of your permanent player-protection record. This data is retained beyond account closure to prevent circumvention of exclusion orders. It is never used for marketing or shared beyond compliance-essential recipients.
